These Terms of Service govern the SMS (text message) communications you receive from The Refined Clean. By opting in to receive text messages from us (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form or by texting us first), you agree to the terms below.
About our messages
The Refined Clean is a Los Angeles–based residential and commercial cleaning company. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from us about:
- Booking confirmations and scheduling reminders
- Quote responses and follow-up questions
- Service-day arrival updates from your cleaning team
- Occasional promotional offers and seasonal specials
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (323) 310-3911. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically a few messages around each booking, plus occasional promotional messages no more than once per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Changes to these terms
The Refined Clean may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
