1. Services Provided
• The Refined Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
• Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized services as listed on our website.
• A detailed service checklist may be provided, but exact results may vary depending on the condition of the property.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
• Bookings are confirmed only after communication via phone, text, or email.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time, a service fee may apply.

3. Payments & Card on File
• A card will be held on file at the time of booking to confirm availability of funds.
• Charges are processed on the day of service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept credit card, debit card, or electronic transfer.
• Unpaid balances may result in late fees or collection procedures.

4. Liability
• While we take the utmost care in delivering our services, The Refined Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or improperly secured items.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to their property.
• We are insured and bonded, but claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly.

6. Refusal of Service
• The Refined Clean reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe environments, harassment of staff, or conditions beyond reasonable cleaning standards.
